Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Best Comfort website, mobile application and order-management platform, operated by Best Comfort Sdn Bhd ("Best Comfort"). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts & Access
Access is provided to authorised dealers, retailers, sales staff and operational personnel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts must not be shared outside their intended role.
2. Orders
- All products are made to order; configurations (size, fabric, colour) are confirmed at order time.
- Pricing is factory-direct and confirmed by the responsible dealer; the platform does not process online payments.
- Estimated lead time is approximately 21 days and may vary with production load.
3. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery and acceptance. Proof of delivery is captured by our delivery team.
4. Warranty
Products are covered by our warranty as described on the Warranty & Care page. Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or unauthorised repairs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Best Comfort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
