- Normal wear, fading from direct sunlight, and changes from everyday use.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, spills, pets, or unauthorised repairs.
- Minor variation in colour/grain inherent to natural materials.
How to Make a Claim
Report the issue through your dealer or in the app (raise a service ticket with photos). Our team logs the defect, arranges collection, repairs the piece and returns it. You can follow every step on the Track Order page.
Care Tips
- Vacuum or soft-brush covers regularly; blot spills immediately.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve colour.
- Rotate and plump cushions to keep an even shape.
